These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Municipal Key Corp ("we", "us"). By using our website or apps you agree to these Terms. Contact: info@municipalkey.com.

Blue Ridge Coin (BRC) points are promotional rewards with no cash value. BRC points cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or crypto.

BRC points may expire or be adjusted to correct errors or abuse.

Demo, trading, and exchange features are simulations. They are not financial services and do not provide investment advice. Nothing on the platform is an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Subscriptions and sponsorships are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• Create multiple accounts, falsify check-ins or location, or otherwise manipulate rewards.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the services or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools to abuse promotions, offers, or demo features.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Municipal Key Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of simulated or promotional features.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
